BLKMKT AI is the intellectual and ethical nucleus of a broader technology ecosystem led by Everett N. Kelsey Jr., focused on building culturally fluent, ethically grounded artificial intelligence. BLKMKT AI develops third-party frameworks for bias detection, content authentication, and integrity scoring across AI systems and media platforms. Our mission is to protect civil liberties in the algorithmic age through technologies that respect human context, history, and values.

Founded in 2022 by Kelsey and Joe Sanzo—and later joined by technical co-founder Dmytro Tatievski—BLKMKT AI was launched to realize the visionary concepts developed by BLKMKT Tech, a systems consultancy and strategic think tank founded by Kelsey the following year. Together, these two entities form a tightly integrated engine for ethical AI innovation, where mission and execution remain inseparably aligned.

It operates independently, offering guidance to partners across government, academia, and civil society—while serving as the original research and ideation lab behind BLKMKT AI’s product roadmap.

BLKMKT AI is where those concepts take shape. The company builds next-generation technologies designed to bring transparency, cultural fluency, and human agency into digital systems. It serves as the implementation core—translating high-level strategies into working software and scalable infrastructure.

DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY COALITION (DSC)

Founded by Kelsey to carry this mission into the civic and policy arena, the DSC leads the charge for a Digital Civil Rights Movement. DSC works to counter the concentration of technological power, advocate for regulatory safeguards, and organize coalitions that protect individual and collective autonomy in the age of automation.

FIFTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION AI (5IR AI)

5IR AI is the storytelling and public education arm—a media platform and YouTube channel that demystifies AI, surveillance, and digital policy for the general public. It functions as a digital town crier, revealing the hidden infrastructures shaping our lives and inspiring informed, nonpartisan civic engagement.
